I started this Medium Restart Blog — Postings — as a Journal to rebrand myself. To re-organized me and my writing and my process.

A busy image of luminous fluorescent lights that spell out “This Is The Sign You’ve Been Looking For” in four rows. The words; are mounted on a brick wall, eight to twelve feet high. Six pillows with various images printed; on them. One small sign looks like a tombstone. They are leaning against the brick wall. One more sign that says, Nose Jewelry seems out of place. It is nighttime.

I had to learn a few things I did not think of when I started to write on Medium. I started on Medium as a paid Reader and read many stories on why I should write. I started to.

My first story was more for me than for other readers. I wrote to cope with a near-death event I had. I had to express what I was feeling.
It felt good to write about it. I felt good writing about it. It was a way; for me to put it all straight into my mind. Four days later, I experienced another near-death experience.

I wrote some more. And I was focused for a bit on my writing on near death. Then my writing started to wander. I read other writers; and noticed that they were writing about; so many topics.
Few; are focused on a specific topic. Maybe that is why My writing started to wander too. I lost focus. Well never really had one to start.

A man sitting. At a table, a Microscope focused on a slide. Perhaps just only one sliver. He may be focusing on many things he wants to look at. One at a time. His hands on the controls of the scope. Adjust what he sees till he finds what he is looking for. Does he see it? Does he find it? There is a pen near his right hand. He is taking notes in between his gazes of focus. Further to the right, a book. A reference, perhaps.
